The Glass Society Prize 2023

The University is the recipient of a generous donation from The Glass Society, to give a recent glass graduate a paid residence opportunity.

The Glass Society was formed in 2019 by a merger of The Glass Association and The Glass Circle and was established to promote the understanding and appreciation of glass and glass making method.

The Glass Society Prize will support a recent glass graduate of the University with a 10-day residency opportunity based at the National Glass Centre. The prize will offer £2,000 of financial support along with mentorship and guidance from the University’s Glass & Ceramics staff.
