Shilpa Panchmatia

BA Business Studies 1989

Position and company: Business Growth Consultant | Entrepreneur

Shilpa Panchmatia, a seasoned entrepreneur and business coach, is thrilled to announce her continued commitment to empowering small business owners to boost profits, gain freedom, and find joy in their ventures.

Shilpa graduated from the Sunderland Polytechnic in 1989 with a BA in Business Studies. With over 20 years of coaching experience, Shilpa has dedicated her career to helping businesses thrive, transforming challenges into opportunities for growth.

Growing up in a family of successful entrepreneurs, Shilpa’s entrepreneurial spirit emerged early; she was selling lemonade for 5p by the age of 12 and keeping up with the latest insights from the Financial Times.

Today, as a serial entrepreneur, she has successfully started, scaled, and sold multiple businesses across various sectors, focusing on sustainable growth and profitability.

“I believe in turning companies into profit generators, and it’s incredibly rewarding to see my clients realize their potential,” says Shilpa. Her clients experience remarkable returns on investment, often multiple times the amount spent on coaching.

She proudly offers a money-back guarantee that remains unclaimed, a testament to her effective methods and dedication. Shilpa’s approach is not just about financial success; she emphasises the importance of balance in life.

After personally experiencing the highs and lows of entrepreneurship—including burnout—she now speaks internationally on achieving a balanced lifestyle while maintaining business success. Her mission is to help businesses not only grow but also to thrive in a fulfilling and joyful way.

Outside of coaching, Shilpa enjoys trekking through the countryside, climbing mountains, and capturing breathtaking landscapes through photography. These pursuits fuel her passion for life and business, allowing her to reflect on the concept of ikigai—the intersection of purpose, passion, and vocation.
