Executive Vice President of CEO Clubs Romania and Greece, Sotiris Chatzidakis has been involved with the CEO Clubs Europe since its foundation in October 2009. 

The Chief Executive Officers' Club is a Non-Profit Organization dedicated to creating a nurturing environment for CEOs and entrepreneurs so they can improve the quality and profitability of their enterprises through shared experiences and personal growth. 

CEO Clubs International is headquartered in New York and it was founded by Dr Joe Mancuso 39 years ago. 

Sotiris is responsible for the Clubs expansion in Europe and has played an instrumental role in setting up the Greek chapter. 

The 44-year-old is currently based in Bucharest running the Romanian chapter, which was founded in October 2011 and has already become one of the most important leadership poles in the country. 

Sotiris holds a BA from the American College of Greece and an MA in International Marketing the University of Sunderland. 

Talking about his time in Sunderland, the graduate said: “Studying abroad gave me a new view about business and life and expanded my horizons. Sunderland was a great entry point for that. 

“I still recall some of my teachers and of course a lot of my fellow classmates with admiration and warmth.” 

Sotiris has published many articles on leadership, extroversion, engagement and learning organizations. He is a keen admirer of TED events and a member of the Society for Organizational Learning in Greece. 

Currently he also writes for the Greek edition of Economist’s Intelligent Life.
